Here's what you want to know about the possible career in the DSIN.
We choosed not to follow the Canon Imperial ranking system, for it would add dozens of ranks wich are not usable within the game mechanics as they stand. The lack of manpower on a game server like Europe Chimaera is also made us think this ranking system in a clear and easy way. It should be easier to understand and remind.

This ranking system might look familiar as it's based on our old system, but with a few additions, to make your career more exciting.

Non Pilot Personnel (positions of gunner and co-pilot)

Crewman

Crewmen are affected to Dragon squadron, or other capital ships on duty. A crewman
doesn't need to be a pilot, though he will be teached how to behave rightly
in space, optimizing his position, being a gunner, co-pilot or flight-engineer.
Crewman is a most important position within the fleet, and on their skills and
behaviour depends the success of the whole fleet or not

Senior-Crewman

Veteran Crewman, took part in several operations

Pilot Personnel

Recruit

First step of the pilot's career in the DSIN, the recruit had very few to no experience in flight. He will learn to fly
Cadet

Advanced Pilot trainee. ...has learnt the basic theories about space and starships, able to understand the techical datas
related to ships and equipements. Also starts to practice PvP, attending the training sessions actively. Starts joining
the combat operations of the fleet (battles, events)
Midshipman

Active PvP pilots, keep training, but takes an active part in the combat operations

Ensign

First step of the officer's career, he's an experienced PvP pilot and starts learning to lead
Lieutenant

Advanced PvP pilot, core member of the fleet, ...has shown great talent and success in operations
Lieutenant-Commander

Wingman of the Captain, Second in command of a Squadron (XO)
